Everstage, a SaaS platform that automates sales commissions, secured $30 million sponsored by Eight Roads Ventures, Elevation Capital, and 3one4 Capital. Everstage has raised $45 million, with Eight Roads Ventures investing over 50%. The company also announced a Rs 5 crore ESOP repurchase.
Siva Rajamani, who led worldwide revenue operations at Freshworks, and Vivek Suriyamoorthy founded Everstage in 2020 to automate and streamline sales commission activities. GrayTV, Wiley, Diligent, Trimble, and Paychex are among the North American public and big companies the company supports. Over 80% of Everstage’s revenue comes from here.
