Ringg AI, a Voice AI startup, has raised $5.5 million (around Rs 48 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Arkam Ventures.
The round also saw participation from groww Founder Fund, Kunal Shah, White Venture Capital, and existing investor Capital2B.
The company plans to use the funds to grow its engineering and sales teams, create new products, and expand internationally. Some of the funds will also be used to build its own AI models and in-house GPU systems, reducing reliance on third-party services and allowing large enterprises to run solutions on their own servers to meet strict compliance and data rules.

“Voice is the highest fidelity mode for communicating thoughts. Ringg helps companies run their operations as conversations, without writing code, and at a scale that traditional systems can’t match. With this investment, we’ll build deeper product capabilities, develop our own models, and enable on-premise deployments so large enterprises can adopt voice agents with maximum control and compliance. Our aim is to build the best conversational design engine so AI agents sound human, understand intent and deliver real outcomes. The long-term goal is to orchestrate 1 billion business conversations, " said, Siddharth Shankar Tripathi, founder and CEO of Ringg AI.
Rahul Chandra, managing director at Arkam Ventures, said, “AI is supercharging the way enterprises deploy their voice stack across processes. Voice, with its natural ease of adoption, opens the enterprise to far greater levels of automation than what the pre-AI voice era allowed for. Ringg.ai has the distinction of being live across the most number of scaled-up enterprise use cases compared to peers. We believe Ringg.ai will redefine how enterprise workflows are conceived and built”.
About Ringg AI
Founded in October 2023 by Siddharth Shankar Tripathi, Utkarsh Shukla and Kali CV, Ringg AI is creating a no-code platform that lets businesses design and manage AI voice agents for customer-facing tasks. These agents handle jobs like customer support, lead qualification, loan collections, appointment scheduling, delivery confirmations and candidate screening—tasks usually done through IVRs or call centers.
Ringg AI currently manages about 1.5 million customer conversations per month, with roughly 77% fully automated without human intervention. The platform supports 18 languages, including 10 Indian languages like Marathi, Malayalam and Telugu, as well as English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German and Bahasa.
The company serves major sectors such as banking, financial services, and insurance (authentication, negotiations), healthcare (bookings, follow-ups) and logistics (non-delivery fixes, fraud detection). Users have reported 57% lower cost per resolution and 63% reduced call center expenses.
Ringg AI works with about 20 clients across India, the US, and Saudi Arabia, including Cred, PharmEasy, Shiprocket, flipkart and Shell, and is running pilot programs in Dubai and North America.
