Eruditus
Edtech firm Eruditus has raised USD 150 million (about Rs 1,324 crore) in refinancing led by MARS Growth Capital and HSBC to back its global expansion and operational scaling.
Flipspaces
Flipspaces, an interior design startup has raised an additional $9 million (around Rs 79 Cr) in its extended Series C funding round from CE-Invests, Panthera Growth Partners and SMBC Asia Rising Fund.
Trufrost & Butler
Trufrost & Butler, a provider of commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment, has secured $7 million in growth funding from Carpediem Capital.
Ziffi Chess
Gurugram-based Ziffi Chess, the fast-paced 2-minute, 6-move chess format, has raised Rs 44.2 crore ($5 million) in its Series A funding round led by Tanglin Venture Partners.
Presolv360
Online dispute resolution (ODR) platform Presolv360 has secured $4.7 million in its Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital.
IndiGrid Technology
Indigrid Technology, an Electronics systems design and manufacturing startup has raised $4 million (around Rs 35.2 crore) as part of a strategic funding round from Cactus Partners at a post-money valuation of around Rs 600 crore.
Asaya
Research-backed skincare brand Asaya has raised Rs 28 crore (around $3 million) in a pre-Series A round led by RPSG Capital.
The round also saw participation from strategic investors, including Suyash Saraf and Anisha Agarwal Saraf, co-founders of Dot & Key, as well as existing backers OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures.
Ember
Ember, a cookware brand has raised $3.2 million in seed funding round from HNIs, family offices and existing investors.
The round also saw participation from Yogabar co-founder Suhasini Sampath and chef-entrepreneur Saransh Goila.
EndureAir
Unmanned aviation startup EndureAir has raised Rs 25 crores in funding led by IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from IAN Angel Fund.
The funds will be used to enhance EndureAir’s advanced drone technology for defense, enter enterprise markets, and develop next-generation high-altitude logistics and aerial robotics platforms.
Snap-E Cabs
Electric mobility startup SnapE Cabs has raised $2.5 million in a Bridge funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures.
The round also saw participation from ah! Ventures and angel investors including Shish Kharesiya, Praveen Chand, and Jaspreet Kaur.
The funds will be used for product development, adding more EV cars on lease, and expanding operations in Delhi NCR.
