Integris Health, a major medical devices company, has secured primary capital from a group of well-known investors, including Mukul Agarwal and India SME Fund.
This funding will help the company expand into new areas like in-vitro diagnostics and laboratory solutions, through strategic acquisitions and developing products in-house.
In 2024, the company appointed Probir Das as CEO to guide its growth. The company plans to go public by the end of 2025 and has started preparing for its IPO.
