Kabeer Biswas, the former co-founder of the hyperlocal delivery platform Dunzo, is set to join Flipkart, one of india’s largest e-commerce companies.
This marks a significant move in Biswas' career as he transitions from his entrepreneurial journey to a leadership role in a major tech company.
Founded in 2015 by Biswas, Dunzo known for offering delivery services for groceries, food, medicines and other essentials, saw rapid growth under Biswas’ leadership.
However, earlier this year, Biswas stepped down from his role as the CEO of Dunzo, following a restructuring within the company.

This move comes as Flipkart Minutes aims to strengthen its presence in the competitive quick commerce market where it competes with companies like Zomato-owned Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and Tata BigBasket.
Now, with his move to Flipkart, Biswas will bring his expertise in logistics, technology, and operations to the e-commerce giant. While the exact role he will take on at Flipkart is not yet disclosed, industry sources suggest that his experience in scaling businesses and managing complex logistics operations will be an asset to Flipkart as it continues to expand its market reach.
Kabeer Biswas’ move to Flipkart comes at a time when the e-commerce industry in India is booming, with companies vying to cater to the growing demand for online shopping and quick delivery services.
