BlackCarrot Raises Funding Led By We Founder Circle

D2C dinnerware brand BlackCarrot has raised an undisclosed amount in its pre-seed funding round from Venture Catalysts, an integrated incubator and accelerator.

The round saw participation form We Founder Circle, EvolveX Accelerator, GX Ventures, Suraj Nalin (Co-founder, PlaySimple Games) and celebrity investors Neha Dhupia and Agnello Dias.

The funding will help BlackCarrot grow faster across D2C platforms, online marketplaces, offline stores, and quick commerce. It will also be used to create new products and expand into more markets across the country.

"BlackCarrot represents a new wave of consumer brands in India that combine health consciousness, design innovation, and scalable business models," said Apoorva Ranjan Sharma, Co-founder and Managing Director at Venture Catalysts++.
