By collaborating with GoKwik, FanCode aims to expand its cash-on-delivery (COD) options to approximately 20,000 PIN Codes, doubling the current number of around 10,000 PIN Codes. This will allow customers to use COD as a payment method to buy their preferred merchandise, which is still a popular payment option among customers.

GoKwik, a startup funded by Sequoia, provides various intelligent tools to e-commerce platforms that can help them decrease their Return to Origin (RTO) rates and enhance their profitability. The company’s intent-based intelligence solutions aid eCommerce brands in minimizing losses incurred from returned items on cash-on-delivery (COD) orders. This enables them to safely expand their COD serviceability throughout India.
