Yulu, an Indian manufacturer of electric two-wheelers, has established a partnership with Zepto, an expanding online grocery delivery business.

The partnership will increase Yulu’s market share in the rapidly expanding hyperlocal delivery space across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Delhi, and Gurugram while enabling Zepto to transition to an all-electric vehicle fleet and increase its green delivery volume, as reported by Entrepreneur.com.

The company added that, as part of the collaboration, Yulu and Zepto will advertise each other’s product and service offerings across both digital and physical touchpoints. It also aims to provide partners with sustainable livelihoods, particularly for those without a driver’s licence or their own vehicle.
