Hemalata Sharma is one of the popular names in India in the yoga field, she is the co-director of Yogasthali Yoga Society. She grew up in a very humble and spiritual environment. She completed her graduation from Gayatri Saktipeeth Girls College. During her college days, she experienced the Yagya theory and its significance in the cosmic environment.
She also represented her College at the ‘Universality in Diversity Camp’ at the National Level. She completed her master’s degree in English from MDS University and MCA from Punjab University, after completing her studies she decided to do something else.
She decided to learn yoga, Hemlata Sharma is co-founder and director at Yogasthali Yoga Society Jaipur. She also served as an Evaluator and Leading Yoga Examiner of YCB.

IN 2013, She received the prestigious “THE YOGI OF THE YEAR 2013-14”. Award at the international yoga seminar in Ujjain. She has played a significant role in the Organisational Committee for the International Yoga Seminar in 2014 at Ujjian. Apart from this She was also invited by the Ministry of Labour on Woman’s Day to deliver the lecture “YOGA FOR WOMAN” ” She was selected to perform YOGA-ASANAS at the Opening Ceremony of yog-Kumbh in 2016.
In 2019, she also won the title of Miss North India Universe. During the Covid period, she registered her name in the India Book of Record by doing continuously 12 hours of yoga.
