A platform for community transport Instalogist, a long-distance truck booking software and cargo marketplace platform, has been acquired by Vahak.
With its network being expanded and growth accelerated by this decision, Vahak will be better able to support the Indian road transportation industry, as per reported by mediainfoline.

Detailing on the takeover, Karan Shaha, CEO and Co-Founder at Vahak, said, “Joining hands with like-minded partners has enabled us to bring our tech capabilities and expertise to a growing network. Users of Instalogist will have access to Vahak's massive community of over 500,000 monthly active users and 2 million registered companies as well as Vahak's value-added services like vehicle and cargo insurance, GPS, safe and secure payments, and e-medical consultations after the deal's completion, which is scheduled for the end of January 2023, as per reported by mediainfoline.
