According to regulatory papers filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Ola Electric Mobility Ltd, got Rs 410 crore (about $50 million) through non-convertible debentures from EvolutionX Debt Capital.
To extend its Series B fundraising, Skyflow, the data privacy startup, secured an additional $30 million. In addition to previous investors Mouro Capital, Foundation Capital, and Canvas Ventures, Khosla Ventures led the round.
Veranda Learning, a listed enterprise offering end-to-end solutions in the education space, announced that the group has raised funds for an amount of up to INR 425 crore by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to funds managed and /or arranged by BPEA Investment Managers Private Limited (BPEA Credit).

Nabventures led a pre-Series A fundraising round led by $1 million was secured by JustDeliveries, a perishable supply chain platform. The round also included participation from additional investors Faad Network, Anay Ventures, Caret Capital, and Mahansaria Family Office.
