The virtual spirituality startup VAMA secured $1.5 million in a seed round led by Wavemaker Partners, with Lisa Gokongwei-Cheng of Summit Media and Harit Nagpal of Tata Play also participated. 'Scapia, the fintech company on a mission to make travel accessible through its suite of financial products, has raised $23 million in its Series-A funding round, led by Elevation Capital and 3STATE Ventures. The round also saw participation from its existing investors, Matrix Partners India and Tanglin Venture Partners.
