Elev8, which backs growth-stage startups, will invest the rest of the fund over the next 12–18 months. It plans to put $10–15 million each into 12–14 startups valued at $100–300 million.

Early-stage growth investor Elev8 Venture Partners, based in Bangalore, disclosed the first secured investment of Elev8-Capital Fund 1 at $67 million. The strategic goal of the fund is to make investments in 12 to 14 "tech-powered industry-agnostic companies" with valuations ranging from $100 million to $500 million, with a range of $10 million to $15 million for each investment.
