SUGAR Cosmetics Appoints Former Nykaa CHRO Nirav Jagad As New CPO

SUGAR Cosmetics has appointed Nirav Jagad as Chief Public Officer (CPO) to oversee all aspects of SUGAR’s talent and culture initiative.

The company said that in this role, he will deliver strategic and transformational results, working closely with the company’s leadership and its diverse cross-functional team across India. This will include technology-driven employee experience and talent value proposition along with holistic people operations, employee wellness, and culture building, as per reported by BW Disrupt.

Nirav has experience in various sectors such as eCommerce, Consulting, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure. Before joining SUGAR Cosmetics, Nirav was part of the leadership team that steered Nykaa through several years of rapid growth. He counts reputed companies like Randstad, Cerebral Consultants, IL&FS, and Nykaa as his past experiences and has also been an advisor to assist early-stage startups with scaling.
