When Shiju was very young, he lost both his mother and father. His financial condition became very bad which forced him to work. Then, he moved from Rajasthan to Delhi in search of employment. Finally, he joined the Pizza Hut. Shiju had to face many difficulties at a very young age. However, he never let his challenge become a barrier. He worked everything from cleaning the restaurant and serving customers to cleaning the dishes.
By doing all this work, he was earning ₹5000 a month. But he worked hard with all his heart. He kept learning things and moving forward. Finally, his efforts paid off, and in the next two decades, he was appointed the CEO of Southern Fried Chicken. He kept learning through every opportunity and continues to manage operations across multiple countries.

The Chatpata Affair is on a mission to make vegetarian Indian street food famous across the globe. This food business provides a safe and hygienic variety of traditional Indian vegetarian street food.
With a successful business model and a strong reputation for delicious and high-quality vegetarian food, this Bangalore food venture wants to grow across the country and around the world.
