They are now based out of the National Center for combustion R & D at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and they are the first startup to have signed an agreement with the Indian Space Research Organisation ( ISRO ) to utilize the space Agencies’ facilities to expertise to construct rockets. The history of ThinkerBell labs began in 2016 when Dilip Ramesh, Sanskriti Dawle, Aman Shrivtastav, and Saif Sheikh, 4 undergraduate students of BITS Pilani Goa campus, participated in the Arduino-based project mudra. After this project when they got positive feedback they made the decision to go Up further and start a company called ThinkerBell Labs. The company’s mission statement is true and the Global issue of illiteracy experienced by those who are blind or visually impaired.

Their main offering is ‘Annie ‘,  a pad with several buttons that aims to help visually impaired students learn Braille on their own through audio-guided courses, tests,s, and other activities.
