Xpressbees appoints Tarun Agarwal as Vice President – B2C First Mile

xpressbees, a leading logistics and supply chain company, has appointed Tarun Agarwal as Vice President – B2C First Mile. 

With over 31 years of experience in operations, logistics, and e-commerce, Tarun has a strong track record of building scalable systems and driving operational excellence.

Tarun joins Xpressbees from Ecom Express, where he served as Vice President – Operations. There, he played a key role in building the company’s first-mile operations, setting up marketplace-based pickup systems, and handling high shipment volumes.

He also spearheaded the development of a strong national sortation network and introduced process automation that greatly boosted efficiency and minimized losses.

His work in regional team building, middle-mile optimization, and implementing quality processes has earned him widespread recognition across the logistics industry.
