SEBI-registered venture capital firm Auxano Capital has exited test-prep and edtech platform EduGorilla Community, delivering a 5.5X return on invested capital.
The firm first invested in EduGorilla in 2020 during the company’s first institutional funding round, after its initial angel investment.

Based in Lucknow, EduGorilla has grown its revenues 50-fold, secured six patents, and expanded into B2B SaaS in 2022. Recently, it launched a generative AI product, already collaborating with leading global large language model developers.
Brijesh Damodaran, Managing Partner at Auxano Capital, said, "The space became crowded which impacted growth potential, but the founders' hustle never dimmed. From the fund's perspective, a part exit has been executed. We see greater potential ahead and continue to ride the growth wave."
This is Auxano’s fifth successful exit, including three in 2025. Earlier this year, it partially exited Primebook and fully exited Wiom.
Founded in 2016, Auxano Capital manages a portfolio of 35+ companies across Industry 4.0, fintech, sustainability, distribution enablement, and enterprise solutions.
