Unicommerce Appoints Abhishek Mangaraj and Divya Sharma to Leadership Team

Unicommerce eSolutions Limited has expanded its leadership team by hiring Abhishek Mangaraj to lead operations and customer success in India, and Divya Sharma to head marketing.

Abhishek brings nearly 15 years of experience across different industries and global markets, with strong leadership in customer success, SaaS, and business growth. He has worked with technologies like Conversational AI, CRM, E-commerce, and AI. Before joining Unicommerce, he was the Vice President of Customer Success at Kapture CX.

At Unicommerce, he will lead customer success, key account management, and support, using his SaaS background to boost growth and improve customer satisfaction. Abhishek studied at PESIT, Bangalore, and IIM Shillong.

Divya has over 10 years of experience in marketing leadership at fast-growing SaaS and consumer tech companies. She has worked at CleverTap, Locus, and Ai Palette, where she built strong marketing teams, led demand generation across global markets, and helped grow businesses in India, the U.S., Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Her strengths include shaping brand identity, driving revenue-focused marketing, and leading high-performing teams.

At Unicommerce, Divya will lead the brand and marketing efforts for Unicommerce, Shipway, and Convertway. She will focus on brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and communication to support business growth in India and international markets.
