Quick service app Pronto has shifted its headquarters from Gurugram to Bengaluru to access the city’s tech and engineering talent, said founder and CEO Anjali Sardana.
“We shifted our head office to Bengaluru in October,” said Sardana. “The primary reason for this move is the engineering talent in Bengaluru. The tech talent here is unmatched.”
Besides the tech team, Pronto’s finance, business, central operations, strategy, and product teams will also be based in Bengaluru. However, the customer support team will remain in Gurugram.

The Bengaluru office is in HSR Layout, with around 40 employees already relocated and more expected to join soon.
Founded in 2025 by Sardana, Pronto links households in Gurugram with trained professionals for tasks like cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and basic cooking. The company has recently expanded to Bengaluru and Mumbai.
“We plan to enter new pincodes in the existing cities and add more cities to our network as we expand,” said Sardana, adding that the company has started piloting new categories, including dog walking and elder care, in some pincodes.

In August, Pronto raised $11 million (about ₹96 crore) in a funding round co-led by General Catalyst and Glade Brook Capital, valuing the company at $45 million (around ₹394 crore).
Pronto’s shift to Bengaluru follows rival Snabbit, which recently moved its corporate headquarters from Mumbai to Bengaluru.
