Pocket Entertainment Elevates Umesh Bude to CTO

Pocket Entertainment, the parent company of pocket fm, Pocket Toons, and Pocket Novel, has promoted Umesh Bude to Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Formerly serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Umesh will now head the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation in AI-powered storytelling across all its platforms.

As CTO, Umesh Bude will lead Pocket Entertainment’s entire tech stack and drive innovations to scale its products globally. He will focus on building scalable systems, enhancing generative AI capabilities, and delivering tech-driven solutions to benefit both creators and consumers.

Umesh will continue reporting to Prateek Dixit as Pocket Entertainment strengthens its position at the crossroads of entertainment and technology.

Earlier this year, the company launched Pocket Toons, an AI-first webcomics platform that leverages artificial intelligence to redefine storytelling and content creation.
