Peak XV Partners has seen another senior exit, with managing director Harshjit Sethi stepping down after nearly a decade at the firm.
Sethi took to LinkedIn to announce his decision. “After a decade at Sequoia India and Peak XV, I’ve decided to leave the firm and explore a new innings. It’s been a journey rich in learning and relationships,” he wrote.

Sethi, who led the firm’s AI investments and worked with companies like Sarvam, bharatpe, Apna, and Darwinbox, has submitted his resignation and will be transitioning out, according to sources.
Sethi’s departure adds to recent senior-level exits at Peak XV. Earlier this month, Chief Product Officer Anuj Sahai also stepped down, less than two years after joining from flipkart, ola, Payback, and Yahoo.
Peak XV Partners has seen a series of senior-level exits in recent months. In February 2025, managing partners Shailesh Lakhani and Abheek Anand resigned after long tenures, followed by investor Shraeyansh Thakur in March after nearly a decade.
These departures come on the heels of earlier exits, including Piyush Gupta, Anandamoy Roychowdhary, and others, highlighting significant leadership changes at the firm.
