Paytm (One97 Communications Limited), India’s leading full-stack merchant payments and financial services company, has launched its new AI-powered travel app, Paytm Check-in. 

The app uses artificial intelligence to make travel booking easier, offering a dedicated platform that simplifies how users plan and manage their trips.

With Paytm Check-in, users can chat with an AI assistant that helps plan trips through simple conversations. It suggests destinations, creates personalized itineraries, and manages bookings for flights, trains, buses, and metro services. 

The assistant also tailors recommendations based on user preferences and travel history. These features are currently in early beta and will continue to improve with user feedback.

The platform offers zero convenience fees on bookings and free flight cancellations for just ₹99. A Travel Pass, priced at ₹249, provides extra savings and exclusive benefits. Paytm Assured for Buses guarantees timely refunds, while Ticket Assure for Trains helps users secure confirmed seats.

Paytm Check-in features a clean, easy to use interface designed for faster checkout and transparent pricing. It also offers real-time flight tracking to keep travellers informed throughout their journey.
