Home appliance D2C startup Nester has appointed Wellbeing Nutrition’s Vice President of Growth, Kunwarjeet Grover, as its cofounder and Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Grover has over 15 years of experience in the consumer industry. He has worked in managerial roles with brands such as Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, CavinKare, Philips Lighting, and Havells India.
He was with Wellbeing Nutrition for more than a year and left the role in June 2025. Before that, he briefly worked at Pluck as head of growth in 2023.
Grover also served as senior vice president at Honasa for over four years, where he managed its online marketplace operations.

Commenting on Grover’s appointment, Nester founder and chief executive Abhinav Singh said that Grover has “a wealth of knowledge on how to build digital-first brands and his experience of disruptively scaling consumer brands, which truly aligns with Nester’s goal and vision.”
Investors also welcomed the move. Prayag Mohanty, Principal at Fireside Ventures, said, “Kunwarjeet has been instrumental in building some of the fastest growing digital consumer brands and we strongly believe that he will be critical in defining the next chapter of Nester. Abhinav and Kunwarjeet as a founding team will bring very complementary skillsets across consumer insighting, product development, brand building and growth hacking. This leadership hiring underscores Nester’s commitment to building long-term value and we at Fireside are excited about the future of Nester.”
Nester, founded in 2025, sells home appliances such as air fryers, toasters, and juicers in India. The D2C brand competes with companies like Nuuk, Atomberg, Geek Technology, and Wonderchef.
In addition to selling through ecommerce marketplaces and its own website, the startup plans to expand to quick commerce platforms and offline retail stores.
At present, Nester gets its products manufactured through contract partners. However, it has earlier said that it plans to set up its own manufacturing facility in the near future.
