NeoMile Capital raises Stake In ArisInfra Solutions To 5.13%

During ArisInfra Solutions’ ongoing bull run, existing investor NeoMile Capital bought 29.4 lakh equity shares through open market transactions between September 18 and 22, raising its stake in the company from 1.51% to 5.13%.

At an average price of ₹162.92 per share, NeoMile Capital acquired the 29.4 lakh shares for approximately ₹47.9 crore. The purchase was made through NeoMile Corporate Advisory, NeoMile Growth Fund – Series I, and NeoMile Capital MD Kirtan Rupareliya.

Notably, NeoMile Growth Fund – Series I held 14.2 lakh shares, or a 1.75% stake in ArisInfra, at the end of the June quarter.

The firm increased its stake during a recent bull run, which has pushed the stock up nearly 11% this month. The rally followed Anand Rathi’s ‘Buy’ rating with a target price of ₹164, citing a potential 15% upside and an attractive risk-reward profile.

“ArisInfra Solutions Ltd is showing promise with a possible 15% upside. Keep an eye on the buying range and target price as we navigate the market this month,” it said.

Founded in 2021 by Ronak Morbia and Bhavik Khara, ArisInfra offers real estate developers a tech platform to source, procure, and deliver construction materials like steel, cement, and walling solutions from a wide vendor network.

Financially, ArisInfra’s net profit fell 22% to ₹5.1 crore in Q1 FY26 from ₹6.5 crore a year earlier, while operating revenue grew 11% to ₹212.1 crore from ₹190.4 crore in Q1 FY25.
