According to a regulatory filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the board has now approved changing its status from a private to a public company and renamed it from “Leap India Private Limited” to “Leap India Limited.”

To meet regulatory norms and prepare for listing, the company has added two independent directors—Harinarayanan Nair and Sanjiv Gupta—to its board.

Nair brings over 30 years of experience in logistics, having worked at Wipro Pari, Signode and ITW India. Gupta, the Founder and Chairman of Bluwheelz, has also held leadership roles at Coca-Cola and SpiceJet.
