Leadership Changes At PB Fintech: CEO Navin Kukreja Steps Down

In a recent leadership reshuffle at PB Fintech Ltd, cofounder Navin Kukreja has stepped down as CEO of the credit marketplace.

PB Fintech Ltd, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, announced these leadership changes in a regulatory filing.

Kukreja will take on the role of group president at PB Fintech and will continue as a non-executive director on Paisabazaar’s board.

“… He (Kukreja) would also help us explore other opportunities from a long-term perspective. He continues to be aligned with PB Fintech, and a valued senior leader. Our hope is that in the next few months he will identify a valuable opportunity within PB Fintech, which we would love to back,” the company said.

“Ms Santosh Agarwal would be taking over as Chief Executive Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of Paisabazaar to drive the business,” the company added.

PB Fintech praised Agarwal's performance, saying she has been one of the company’s top performers for most of the past decade.

Meanwhile, Ashutosh Mishra has resigned as CFO of Policybazaar Insurance Brokers and will leave his role on March 31, 2025. He will be succeeded by Vivek Audichya, who has stepped down as Paisabazaar’s CFO.

Neeraj Tripathi will take over as Paisabazaar’s new CFO and key managerial personnel (KMP) starting March 1, 2025.

The board of the respective subsidiaries approved these changes in a meeting on February 27.

PB Fintech said these changes were part of a planned process to align leadership with its long-term growth strategy. The selections were made through a competitive process. The company is expanding in india’s financial services sector, focusing on digital lending and insurance.
