Mumbai-based fintech startup Kissht has onboarded cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar as its strategic investor and brand ambassador. 

While the financial details of the partnership remain undisclosed the collaboration is aimed at enhancing Kissht’s credit financing offerings and expanding its business reach. 

As part of the alliance, Tendulkar will feature in various campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives to promote the brand. Commenting on the partnership Tendulkar said It’s a delight to associate with Kissht, a brand committed to empowering Indians through finance. 

Their focus on trust and accessibility resonated with me and I look forward to supporting their mission of building a respected digital financial platform.

The partnership seeks to create a robust financial ecosystem founded on trust, inclusivity, and innovation. We aim to redefine borrowing in India, ensuring financial access for every Indian, said the company.

Founded in 2015 by Singh and Krishnan Vishwanathan, Kissht offers digital lending solutions with personal loans of up to ₹5 Lakh at competitive interest rates through a fully digital process. The platform focuses on making credit accessible with minimal documentation. 

Tendulkar, who recently launched his own sports brand with former Swiggy executives, has been active in the investment space. In 2022, he invested in Hyderabad-based AZAD Engineering. 

OnEMi Technologies Pvt Ltd, Kissht's parent company, reported a 47% jump in net profit, reaching ₹95.5 Cr in FY23, compared to ₹62.6 Cr in FY22, driven by strong business growth.
