Inflexor Ventures Appoints Two New Partners To Strengthen Its Leadership

Inflexor Ventures, a tech-focused venture capital firm, has promoted Harsha Mundhada and Murali Krishna Gunturu to the position of Partner. Both have been with the firm since its early days of investing under the Parampara Capital banner.

Inflexor Ventures Appoints Two New Partners To Strengthen Its Leadership

Inflexor Ventures, a tech-focused venture capital firm, has promoted Harsha Mundhada and Murali Krishna Gunturu to the position of Partner. Both have been with the firm since its early days of investing under the Parampara Capital banner.

Parampara Capital was founded in 2015 by Venkat Vallabhaneni and Jatin Desai, transitioned into Inflexor Ventures in 2019 with the addition of Pratip Mazumdar. Inflexor is now preparing to raise Rs 1,250 crore for its next fund, following its Rs 600 crore fund raised in July 2021.

In November 2024, the firm reached the first close of its Rs 350 crore opportunities fund, launched to acquire Parampara Capital’s portfolio and back portfolio winners. An official announcement for the fund’s closure is still awaited.

With these promotions, Mundhada and Gunturu join Vallabhaneni, Desai, and Mazumdar as Partners to steer investments and growth for Inflexor Ventures.

Harsha Mundhada, a Chartered Accountant and IIM Ahmedabad alumna, joined the firm in 2016. She previously worked in transaction advisory roles at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and PwC. At Inflexor, she led investments in companies like Atomberg, Chakr, Kale Logistics, A5G, and SecureThing.

Murali Krishna Gunturu, also a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter holder, is a founding member of the firm. He has experience with Ernst & Young and served as a virtual CFO for several SMEs. At Inflexor, he led investments in PlayShifu, Bellatrix Aerospace, CredFlow, ClickPost, NoPo Nanotechnologies, and CloudSek.
