Incuspaze Acquires SaaS platform VSKOUT to strengthen tech-driven real estate solutions for GCC

Incuspaze, a workspace solution provider has acquired real estate-focussed B2B SaaS platform VSKOUT in a cash and equity swap deal to set up a dedicated GCC (Global Capability Centre) vertical. 

In a statement, Incuspaze said its acquisition of VSKOUT, a company specializing in data analytics for commercial real estate, will support global capability centers (GCCs) and enterprises in making more informed site selection and strategy decisions.

This move comes just weeks after Incuspaze acquired Pune-based TRIOS through a cash-and-stock deal.

About VSKOUT 

Founded in 2016 by Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain, VSKOUT is a B2B SaaS platform that offers analytics tools and insights into India’s commercial real estate market. It serves all key players in the sector, with its flagship product providing data on vacancy coverage, lease transactions, occupier details, and building stack plans.

After the acquisition, founders Kumar and Jain will join Incuspaze. Kumar will head the GCC vertical and lead research and data innovation, while Jain will work on enhancing Incuspaze’s overall tech platform.

Incuspaze now plans to roll out white-label data solutions for developers and offer subscription-based insights for enterprise clients.
