InCred Money, the digital wealth platform of InCred Group, is set to buy Stocko, a discount broking platform, to enter the retail broking market.
While the deal amount wasn’t officially shared, sources say it’s an all-cash deal worth around ₹300 crore.

The deal needs regulatory approval. If approved, Stocko—currently run by South Asian Stocks Limited—will be renamed InCred Stocko and merged into InCred Money, the company said.
“India’s investing ecosystem is evolving rapidly,” said Bhupinder Singh, founder and CEO of InCred. “Stocko gives us a proven platform with serious volume, and we’ll bring our tech, capital, and customer-first mindset to unlock its full potential.”
About Stocko
Founded in 2013, New Delhi-based Stocko offers trading in equities, derivatives, commodities, and currencies. It charges a flat fee of ₹12.99 per order, with a subscription plan for active traders that brings the cost down to ₹2.99 per order. The platform claims a daily notional turnover of about ₹1 lakh crore.
This acquisition will allow InCred Money to add equities and derivatives trading to its offerings for retail investors.
About InCred
Founded in 2016, InCred Group runs three businesses: InCred Finance (NBFC lending), InCred Capital (wealth services for institutions and HNIs), and InCred Money, which offers fixed deposits and alternative investments to retail investors.
After the acquisition, Stocko will continue to be run by its current team, led by CEO Shrey Jain.
“With InCred’s backing, we’ll scale faster, innovate harder, and roll out smarter products—from enhanced margin funding to sharper tech,” said Jain.
With InCred Money entering retail broking, it joins other financial firms and fintechs aiming to build full-service platforms, blending lending, wealth management, and investing into one ecosystem.
