Homai Ardeshir Daruwalla Joins GPS Renewables as Independent Director

GPS Renewables, the world’s largest biogas engineering company, has appointed Homai Ardeshir Daruwalla, the former Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India, as an Independent Director on its board.

Currently, Daruwalla serves as an independent director at Vizag Seaport Pvt Ltd., Reliance Financial Ltd. and Reliance Securities Ltd. 

Daruwalla's different role-  

She has also served on the boards of several other companies, including Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd., Triveni Turbines Ltd., NTPC Ltd., Gammon Infrastructure, IIFL AMC Ltd., Jai Prakash Associates Ltd., and Meliora Asset Reconstruction Co. Ltd.

She has held several key positions, including Chairperson and Managing Director at Central Bank of India from 2005 to 2008, Chairman at The Zoroastrian Co-operative Bank Ltd., Executive Director at Oriental Bank of Commerce Ltd., and General Manager at Union Bank of India.
