HCLTech acquires Singapore-based Finergic Solutions for ₹136 crore

IT services company HCLTech said on Friday that it has signed a final agreement to acquire Finergic Solutions, a Singapore-based wealth consulting firm.

The deal is an all-cash transaction worth SGD 19 million (about $14.7 million) and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2026.

HCLTech said the acquisition supports its strategy to strengthen its financial services capabilities, especially in core banking and wealth management. With Finergic’s specialised expertise and HCLTech’s scale, the company expects to improve services across the financial and wealth management sector.

Founded in 2019, Finergic works in core banking and wealth management transformation and has built a strong global presence. Besides Singapore, the company operates in Luxembourg, Switzerland, and India.

Finergic reported revenue of Singapore dollar 12.6 million for 2024, for the fiscal year ended December 31.

“With Finergic’s focused domain expertise, HCLTech is strategically positioned to strengthen its digital services capabilities in wealth management,” said Srinivasan Seshadri, chief growth officer and global head, financial services, HCLTech.

Finergic’s expertise will add to HCLTech’s existing global experience of supporting clients on Temenos products, which includes working with over 40 banks worldwide.
