Inflection Point Ventures has taken the lead in Speed Kitchen’s recent seed funding round, joined by other high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and angel investors. The funds secured will be utilized to support the company’s expansion plans, particularly in broadening its presence across India and strengthening its workforce.
Speed Kitchen aims to establish itself as a comprehensive infrastructure service provider catering to the diverse requirements of the food and beverage industry, as per reported by BW Disrupt.

We at Speed Kitchen are aiming to become the leading Cloud Kitchen infrastructure in the Indian market, the first step of which is to expand to 20+ locations and cross 200+ operational kitchens by the end of FY 23-24.”
Speed Kitchen was founded in 2021 by Paurav Rastogi, who serves as the CEO, and founding partner Shamin Kapoor. Paurav brings extensive knowledge in Proptech and Hospitality, accumulating more than 10 years of experience in overseeing and formulating real estate ventures. Shamin contributes as a sales and marketing expert, having worked and contributed to the growth of various tech startups for over 5 years, with a particular focus on the F&B and real estate sectors.
Speed Kitchen offers a comprehensive solution that caters to all the requirements of a cloud kitchen, encompassing everything from identifying the perfect location for culinary operations to establishing a successful F&B brand.
