FirstCheque VC led the pre-seed round of funding for Medial, a next-gen professional social media platform, which raised $120K.
Prominent angels including Nayan Jadeja, Rohitashwa Choudhary, Ankit Aggarwal, Radhakrishnan Ramachandran, and others also took part in the round, as reported by Entrackr.

The funds will mostly go towards supporting user acquisition, basic app functionality testing, and the creation of the product.
Users can also establish a unique profile page with verifiable job experience and a portfolio with appropriate links, such as GitHub for techies, Figma/projects for designers, Medium for PMs, etc., in addition to receiving updates and news about the startup ecosystem.
