In its pre-Series A funding round, enterprise IT firm Adya.ai secured INR 10.5 Cr ($1.2 Mn), with Indian Angel Network (IAN) leading the round. Other strategic financiers also participated in the financing.
INR 3.75 Cr was invested in the startup by IAN. Uday Chatterjee, Romesh Sobti, Sri Prakash, and Hari Balasubramanian were the angel network participants in the round.

The company intends to utilise the funds to advance the growth of AI technology, bolster its market position, and improve its creative solutions.
By disentangling the key apps from the ONDC ecosystem, Adya enables companies to function outside the boundaries of a single platform. Adya facilitates mass penetration and acceptance by disentangling the buyer, seller, logistics, reconciliation, and issues & complaints apps, giving merchants and buyers more flexibility and freedom to specialise.

Adya’s technological marketplace and toolkit facilitate the swift uptake of ONDC and guarantee its smooth integration into current ecosystems.
