VideoVerse, a SaaS platform for video editing, has recently acquired Reely.ai, a US-based company that focuses on AI-powered content creation and social media distribution for esports.
This acquisition is intended to improve VideoVerse’s existing services and cater to its customers in the rapidly growing gaming and esports industries, where there is an increasing demand for AI-driven content creation and distribution, as per reported by BW Disrupt.
Vinayak Shrivastav, Saket Dandotia, and Alok Patil founded VideoVerse in 2016. The company provides an AI-based video editing platform for both individual content creators and enterprises in various industries, such as video streaming, broadcasting, sports clubs and leagues, marketing agencies, and online gaming platforms.
