With the help of Fireside Ventures, current investors, and Bertelsmann India Investments (BII), the rural commerce firm Rozana has secured $22.5 million.
The additional funds will be utilized to improve Rozana’s technological platform, hire more people for its business, product, and technical groups, and extend the company’s reach into additional areas for storage and logistics.

The first rural internet marketplace, Rozana.in, provides differentiated delivery options based on the type of goods that needs to be delivered.
Currently, the firm operates in 13 districts in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, serving over 12,000 communities.
Rozana.in strives to achieve a balance between the consumer, producer, and profits by bringing significant and dignified changes in the supply chain, wherein it empowers small and large-scale farmers by providing them better access to online food shopping markets.
