Pilgrim Appoints Shreya Kejriwal as VP of HR and Abhishek Misra as Senior VP of Data Analytics

Shreya Kejriwal, a seasoned HR professional and MBA graduate from SCMHRD, brings a decade of diverse leadership experience in the FMCG and tech industries. Known for her expertise in Organization Design, Talent and Change Management, Shreya has successfully held leadership positions in established companies like Nestle and Godrej Group among others. Her global exposure and commitment to developing young talent sets her apart. Author of UNSACKED and recognized among Asia’s 100 Power Leaders in Human Resources 2022, Shreya is dedicated to aligning employee needs with organisational goals.

Abhishek Misra, newly appointed as Senior Vice President, Data Analytics at Pilgrim, is a seasoned leader with 15+ years of experience driving transformative data analytics initiatives. An alumnus of IIM Mumbai, he has successfully spearheaded analytics programs in dynamic sectors, including D2C e-commerce and manufacturing, at esteemed organizations such as ITC and Ashok Leyland. Abhishek’s profound expertise in translating data into actionable insights positions Pilgrim to make informed decisions, ensuring a competitive edge in today’s dynamic business landscape. Enthusiastic about his new role, Abhishek said, “I am truly honoured to spearhead Pilgrim’s journey into data-driven excellence. Pilgrim, the D2C beauty and personal care firm, secured $20 million in Series B funding in September 2023, led by Temasek-backed Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, with participation from Fireside Ventures and Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office. Since then, Pilgrim has strategically bolstered its leadership team, aligning with plans for becoming a 1000 cr ARR brand by 2025. The fresh funding will fuel brand building, R&D, and offline expansion within India, and exports emphasizing Pilgrim’s commitment to industry prominence.
