The Ministry of Labour & Employment has signed an agreement with the recruitment platform APNA to bring 10 lakh jobs annually to the National Career Service (NCS) portal.
The MoU aims to offer more job opportunities to NCS users across both metro and non-metro cities. APNA will post job listings on the NCS Portal, connecting employers with candidates in both formal and informal sectors.
The partnership will also focus on providing equal opportunities for women and people with disabilities, ensuring a fair recruitment process.
APNA will have access to NCS’s large candidate database, and MoLE will ensure easy integration with both online and offline systems.

“This initiative aligns with NCS’s mission to create a dynamic, inclusive job ecosystem, helping job seekers from all backgrounds find suitable opportunities,” said, the ministry.
“This collaboration marks a significant step in bridging the gap between talent and employment, fostering economic growth and workforce development in India,” it added.
Launched in July 2015, the NCS Portal connects job seekers to employers. It has over 40 lakh registered employers on platform and helped fill 4.40 crore job vacancies.
The platform currently offers nearly 10 lakh job openings, providing a constant stream of opportunities.
