According to its FY25 annual letter, Practo plans to focus on global expansion and AI-led healthcare in the coming years. The company has posted six straight quarters of profit, highlighting the scalability and sustainability of digital healthcare. 

Balaji, chosen by Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran from Hindustan Unilever, joined Tata Motors in 2017 and has played a key role in its transformation. His appointment shows strong leadership trust in his vision and execution.
