MeetRecord, a revenue automation startup, has secured $2.7 million in a pre-series. SWC Global, a Singapore-based venture capital fund, led a funding round that included existing investor All In Capital.
Using the newly acquired funds, the startup intends to provide revenue and sales teams in the service sector with artificial intelligence-enhanced tools, thereby enabling them to enhance their sales and concentrate on customer engagement.

In 2021, MeetRecord secured $310,000 in funding from Powerhouse Ventures and All In Capital prior to this round.
At present, MeetRecord provides services to 36 clients, with approximately 80% of them located in the United States and the remaining 20% in Europe. A few of its most significant clients are Gym Launch, a gym training consulting company, and the law firm Top Dog Law.
MeetRecord operates on a subscription model that contains a 14-day trial period. Businesses have the option of selecting between annual or semi-annual subscription plans following the trial. The cost of these plans is contingent upon the number of users.
MeetRecord is a SaaS platform that employs artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze conversation data across a variety of communication channels, including emails and calls. This analysis of data offers insights that can be employed to implement automated call-scoring systems to enhance efficiency and to provide guidance programs to sales teams to improve sales conversions.
Snehal Nimje, cofounder and CEO, MeetRecord, said: “We are focusing specifically on the services businesses, so all our AI-related coaching and automation services are tailored to their experience. Though there are tools available, they are either too complicated or too simple. Our model is finely tuned for the services sector, which no one is exactly focusing on,”
