mCaffeine, the first skincare brand in India to incorporate caffeine, has declared a strategic alliance with GoKwik, a prominent facilitator of eCommerce.

This partnership will expand mCaffeine’s direct-to-consumer presence and reinforce its dominant position in the Skincare industry.

mCaffeine has positioned itself as a frontrunner in the Skincare sector, with an impressive yearly revenue growth rate of over 300% in recent years.

This collaboration with GoKwik is intended to enhance mCaffeine’s objective of increasing its market share by 10% in important categories and boosting revenue by 70% this year. The goal is to provide exceptional shopping experiences to clients while expanding mCaffeine’s direct-to-consumer presence throughout various regions in India.

mCaffeine will utilize GoKwik’s extensive network of 100 million shoppers in India to enhance the checkout experience from the beginning to the end. By integrating GoKwik checkout into its platform, mCaffeine anticipates achieving a 25% increase in income, improved customer happiness, and lower cash burn. This integration offers unique features such as one-tap OTP login, pre-filled addresses, substantial discounts, incentives, loyalty partnerships, and a comprehensive payments suite.

GoKwik offers technology-driven solutions, utilizing data analysis, to help eCommerce firms expand their business by improving the checkout process. This enhances the shopping experience and boosts profits. GoKwik’s network data intelligence effectively minimizes return to origin (RTO) losses that arise when a cash-on-delivery (COD) order is returned prior to delivery. This decrease in losses helps to mitigate operational, logistics, and other expenses for eCommerce firms.
