JetSynthesys, a company focused on digital and technology, has teamed up with Digital Hearts Holdings (DHH), a Japanese company. Under the terms of the agreement, DHH will invest in JetSynthesys Japan, and JetSynthesys Japan will use DHH’s experience in marketing, customer service, and quality assurance to produce goods for a worldwide market.

JetSynthesys and DHH will establish a 50:50 Joint Venture in India. By merging the resources of the two businesses, the joint venture will grow its debugging operations in India and the worldwide gaming market.

“Japan is the third-largest gaming market in the world and boasts of the highest ARPU globally,” Rajan Navani, founder and CEO of JetSynthesys, said in a statement. “Our strategic partnership with Digital Hearts Holdings is a pivotal step in strengthening JetSynthesys’ international footprint. We will leverage our collective sensibilities, deep understanding of the video games market, audience behaviour, and industry dynamics to create cutting-edge global titles.”

Digital Hearts Holdings will receive support from JetSynthesys Japan for business development in Western countries, while JetSynthesys Japan will receive support for business development in Japan and other important Eastern Asian markets.
