  1. Kore.ai - $150 Million Funding

  1. Sentient - $85 Million Funding

In 2024, blockchain-based AI startup Sentient raised $85 million in a seed funding round, led by Panera Capital, Framework Ventures, and Peter Thiel's Founders Fund.

The round also saw continued support from Seed and Series A investors, including NEA, Elad Gil, Nat Friedman, and Databricks, alongside new investors such as NVIDIA, Jeff Bezos (through Bezos Expeditions Fund), Tobi Lutke, Bessemer Venture Partners, Naval Ravikant, and others.

  1. SiMa.ai - $70 Million Funding

In 2024, SiMa.ai, an embedded edge machine learning system-on-chip (MLSoC) company, secured an additional $70 million in funding. 

The round was led by Maverick Capital, with participation from Point72, Jericho, and existing investors such as Amplify Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, and Lip-Bu Tan. 

SiMa.ai's unique approach focuses on software, offering a highly flexible hardware-to-software stack that can adapt to any model, sensor, framework, network or modality on a single platform. This funding will further strengthen their position in the edge AI market.

  1. Qure.ai - $65 Million Funding

In 2024, Qure.ai, an AI-driven healthcare startup, raised $65 million in its Series D funding round. 

The round was led by 360 ONE Asset and Lightspeed, with participation from Merck Global Health Innovation Fund and Kae Capital. Qure.ai has expanded its market presence significantly, with its AI solutions deployed in over 90 countries and at more than 3,000 sites. Headquartered in Mumbai, the company also has regional offices in New York, London, and Dubai. 

Specializing in the identification and management of critical diseases, Qure.ai boasts 18 FDA-cleared indications and Class IIb certification under EU MDR regulations.

  1. Genspark - $60 Million Funding

In 2024, Genspark, an AI search startup founded by former Baidu executives raised $60 million in its initial funding round. 

The startup, aiming to challenge google's dominance in the search market, is currently without revenue but has been valued at $260 million by Lanchi Ventures, a Singapore-based fund leading the round. 

Genspark, established in 2017 by Ramesh Maturu, provides training services through Pyramid Consulting, helping businesses with customized talent solutions and empowering careers. Lanchi Ventures, formerly BlueRun Ventures China, recently rebranded in an effort to differentiate itself from Silicon Valley.

  1. AiDash - $58.5 Million Funding

In 2024, कृत्रिम (Krutrim), India's AI company dedicated to developing a comprehensive AI computing stack, successfully closed its first funding round. The round raised USD 50 million in equity at a valuation of USD 1 billion, with backing from prominent investors such as Matrix Partners India. 

Krutrim is making strides with its advanced linguistic AI capabilities, offering valuable solutions across education and business communication sectors. The company is also focused on building indigenous AI infrastructure, including data centers, server-computing, edge-computing and supercomputers.

  1. Nurix AI - $27.5 Million Funding

In 2024, Mukesh Bansal, former president of Tata Digital and founder of myntra and Cultfit, launched a new AI venture, Nurix AI. The startup secured $27.5 million in one of the largest seed investments, led by Accel and Silicon Valley's General Catalyst.

Nurix AI, incubated at Bansal's Meraki Labs, focuses on developing custom AI agents for enterprise services such as sales and customer support. With a team of around 20, the company aims to revolutionize industries by deploying AI agents that perform specific tasks with minimal human intervention, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

  1. Cureskin - $20 Million Funding

Cureskin, an AI-powered dermatology platform offering clinically validated skin and hair health solutions, successfully raised $20 million in Series B funding.

The funding round was led by HealthQuad, a leading digital health-focused venture capital fund in India, with participation from prominent investors like JSW Ventures, Khosla Ventures, and Sharrp Ventures. 

Cureskin’s AI-driven app provides personalized, dermatologist-prescribed solutions for skin and hair care with a focus on addressing root causes. The platform also offers diet and lifestyle guidance, along with regular follow-ups from dermatologists to ensure improved and measurable health outcomes.

  1. Neysa - $20 Million Funding

Neysa, India's first AI cloud and platform-as-a-service startup, raised $20 million in Seed funding. The round was led by Matrix Partners India, Nexus Venture Partners, and NTTVC. This funding will help propel the development of Neysa's generative AI-cloud platform as a service and observability solutions for both Indian and global markets.

Neysa was co-founded by Sharad Sanghi, the CEO with a strong background in founding Netmagic, India’s leading data center company, and Anindya Das, the CTO with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and network design. The company will be chaired by B V Jagadeesh, a Silicon Valley veteran with a remarkable track record.

  1. UptimeAI - $14 Million Funding

In 2024, UptimeAI, an artificial intelligence startup, raised $14 million (approximately INR 116 crore) in a Series A funding round led by WestBridge Capital. The funds will be used to expand the company's product line and scale its AI technology stack. Additionally a portion of the investment will support UptimeAI's expansion into the Middle East, Asia, and North America.

Founded in 2019 by Jagadish Gattu and Vamsi Yalamachili, UptimeAI stands out by integrating AI with 200+ years of cumulative subject matter expertise. This combination allows the platform to explain interrelations across upstream/downstream equipment, adapt to changes, detect problems, and provide prescriptive diagnoses akin to a human expert.

  1. Mira - $9 Million Funding

Mira, a crypto-AI company specializing in decentralized machine-learning infrastructure, has raised $9 million in its seed funding round after emerging from stealth mode.

Mira is developing a decentralized AI infrastructure platform designed to enable developers to build AI-native apps quickly. The platform offers a library of workflows, or a toolkit with preloaded instructions, to simplify Ai app creation. These workflows are produced and maintained by a community of developers allowing them to monetize their contributions.

  1. Ennoventure - $8.9 Million Funding

AI SaaS startup Ennoventure raised $8.9 million (approximately INR 75.10 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Tanglin Venture Partners.

The company plans to use the new capital to expand internationally and strengthen its presence in key markets such as the US, UAE, and India.

  1. Attentive.ai - $7 Million Funding

Attentive.ai, an AI software-as-a-service company, raised $7 million in its Series A funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India. Existing investors InfoEdge Ventures and Peak XV Partners also participated in the round. The company plans to use the funding to enhance customer success, marketing, sales, and product development, with a focus on its newly launched products, Accelerate and Beam AI.

Founded in 2017 by Shiva Dhawan, Rishabjit Singh, and Aishwarya Maurya, Attentive.ai specializes in landscape management software, offering end-to-end automation for field services in industries such as landscaping, asphalt and paving, facilities maintenance, and snow removal.

  1. Simplismart -  $7 Million Funding

In 2024, Bengaluru-based generative AI startup Simplismart raised $7 million in a funding round led by Accel, with participation from Shastra VC and Titan Capital. The company plans to use the funds to accelerate its growth and expand its research and development (R&D) initiatives.

Founded in 2022 by Amritanshu Jain, Simplismart helps enterprises build scalable, production-grade AI systems and manage the entire development lifecycle without requiring any coding.

  1. P0 - $6.5 Million Funding

In 2024, AI-based security startup p0 secured $6.5 million in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with additional participation from Alchemy Ventures. 

The company aims to position itself as a comprehensive platform for API security, offering threat prevention, access control, and documentation for all the APIs used by businesses. Founded by Prakash Sanker and Kunal Agarwal, p0 focuses on eliminating data exploits by securing APIs according to best practices adopted by top-tier global organizations.

  1. QpiAI - $6.5 Million Funding

QpiAI, a leader in generative AI and quantum computing, raised $6.5 million in its first round of external funding. The company plans to use the capital to advance the development of generative AI and quantum computing products and platforms.

Founded in 2019 by Dr. Nagendra Nagaraja, QpiAI is a subsidiary of Qpi Technology. It benefits from the support of other Qpi Technology subsidiaries, including Qpicloud, which is focused on next-gen Quantum and AI cloud computing, and SuperQ, which specializes in superconductivity-based products such as motors, single-photon detectors, and high-temperature qubits.

  1. Metadome.ai - $6.5 Million Funding

Metadome.ai a startup specializing in extended reality (XR) successfully raised $ 6.5 million in Series A funding through a mix of equity and debt. The company plans to use the funds to expand its operations into new areas and enhance its offerings, integrating cutting edge XR technologies with breakthroughs in Ai.

Founded in 2016 by Kanav Singla and Shorya Mahajan, Metadome focuses on sales enablement through virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) solutions, primarily in industries like home decor, e-commerce, and mobility.

  1. SiftHub - $5.5 Million Funding

SiftHub, an AI-powered platform for corporate sales teams, secured $5.5 million in a seed funding round led by Blume Ventures and Matrix Partners India. 

SiftHub addresses the challenge of scattered information that hinders sales productivity by serving as a central hub that consolidates data from various applications, streamlining the sales process.

  1. Louisa AI - $5 Million Funding

Louisa AI, an AI platform founded by former Goldman Sachs managing director Rohan Doctor, raised $5 million in its first funding round. The round was led by Palm Drive VC, Evolution VC, Nucleus VC, Gaingels, and former Goldman Sachs partners, including Sandiip Bhammer.

  1. RagaAI - $4.7 Million Funding

RagaAI, an AI testing company founded by Gaurav Agarwal, a former executive at ola Electric and NVIDIA, emerged from stealth mode and announced a $4.7 million seed funding round. In 2024, Assert AI, an enterprise tech company, secured INR 30 Crore (approximately $4 million) in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Ramesh Hariharan of Latent View, Prashant Purker of ICICI Venture, Arya.ag, and other notable investors.

SIDBI Venture Capital Limited (SVCL) led a $4 million investment in Myelin Foundry, a deep tech AI company. Other investors included Subh Labh, Pratithi Investment Trust, and Endiya Partners.

The funds will be used to strengthen Myelin Foundry's AI platforms, support its global market expansion, and solidify its leadership in edge AI technology.

Gnani.ai, a voice-first generative AI company, raised Rs 30 crore (approximately $4 million) in its Series A round, led by Info Edge Ventures. Samsung Ventures also participated in the funding.

Founded by Rabi Shanker Guha and Parikshit Deshmukh, thesys specializes in offering an experience design suite tailored for GenAI software.

  1. Crux - $2.6 Million Funding

AI startup Crux raised $2.6 million in a seed round led by Emergent Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator, Neon Fund, and early backers such as First Cheque and other investors.

Founded in 2022 by Himank Jain, Atharva Padhye, and Prabhat Singh, Crux is a Decision-Making AI Copilot for Enterprises. The platform is designed for fast-growing teams to enhance customer experiences by providing instant insights, recommendations, and actions through LLM agents that have a comprehensive understanding of the business and its objectives.

  1. SydeLabs -  $2.5 Million Funding

SydeLabs, an AI security and risk management company, secured $2.5 million (INR 20.8 crore) in a seed funding round led by RTP Global. The round also saw participation from prominent angel investors, including Sai Srinivas Kiran (founder of Mobile Premier League) and Kunal Shah (founder of Cred), as well as Picus Capital.

Founded in 2023 by Ruchir Patwa and Ankita Kumari, SydeLabs provides users with tools to proactively identify vulnerabilities in generative AI applications, offering real-time protection against attacks and abuse while ensuring compliance.

  1. PineGap.ai - $2.5 Million Funding

PineGap.ai, a US-based AI startup focused on equity research, raised $2.5 million in seed funding, led by SVQuad and Inventus Capital. The company plans to use the funds to expand its technical team in Bengaluru and the US, as well as accelerate product development.

Co-founded by Deepak Sharma and Ankit Varmani, both IIT-BHU graduates, PineGap.ai is building an AI-powered platform for equity research analysts in hedge funds, mutual funds, and investment banks.   1. Juleo - $2.5 Million Funding

Juleo, a dating app that aims to solve the problem of matchmaking difficulties, has recently secured $2.5 million in funding after a successful funding round.

The recently acquired funds are designated for the purpose of expanding the staff, fostering growth, and implementing marketing efforts.

Founded in 2023 by Chiranjeev Ghai and Varun Sud, Juleo is hence tackling one of the largest unsolved consumer internet problems of our time, with help from India Stack and AI.

  1. Vodex - $2 Million Funding

In 2024, Vodex, a Bengaluru-based Generative AI SaaS firm, raised $2 million (approximately INR 16 crore) in seed funding from Unicorn India Ventures and Pentathlon Ventures. The company plans to use the funds to expand internationally and grow its operations by at least four times in the coming year.

Founded in 2022 by Anshul Shrivastava and Kumar Saurav, Vodex offers a Generative AI tool designed to make outbound calls to customers, enhancing customer engagement and communication for businesses.

  1. SuperKalam -  $2 Million Funding

Y Combinator and Fundersclub lead SuperKalam's $2 million seed round of funding. SuperKalam is an AI-driven personal tutor for students getting ready for competitive exams.

  1. Clodura.AI -  $2 Million Funding

Clodura.AI, a leader in AI-driven sales prospecting solutions, secured $2 million in its pre-Series A funding round. The round was led by the Bharat Innovation Fund and Malpani Ventures.

Founded in 2015 by Kapil Khangaonkar, Clodura.AI provides a comprehensive lead generation platform that assists sales professionals in identifying decision-makers, gathering actionable sales intelligence, automating outreach campaigns, and building a 10X sales pipeline.

  1.  Unikon.ai - $2 Million Funding

Unikon.ai successfully raised INR 16 Crore (approximately $2 million) in its initial funding round. The round saw participation from several prominent entrepreneurs and influencers, including zerodha cofounder Nikhil Kamath, Vishesh Khurana of Shiprocket, Peyush Bansal of lenskart, Dholakia Ventures, OfBusiness' Nitin Jain and Vasant Sridhar and Gaurav Khatri of Noise.

  1. Care.fi - $2 Million Funding

Care.fi, a fintech startup focusing on healthcare, has successfully raised $2 million (Rs 16 crore) in debt capital from Trifecta Capital. Additionally, it secured another $0.6 million (Rs 5 crore) from UC Inclusive Credit.
