SiftHub, a platform for corporate sales teams powered by AI, announced on Wednesday that it had raised $5.5 million in a seed round of funding headed by Blume Ventures and Matrix Partners India.
Neon Fund, a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS venture capital firm, took part in the round as well. Angel investors included former Cloudfare general manager Manish Jindal, Superhuman head of sales Andrew Johnston, SuperOps AI founder Arvind Parthiban, and Razorpay founders Harshil Mathur and Shashank Kumar.

“After speaking to 200+ leaders, it dawned on me that it’s completely unreasonable to expect sales and presales professionals to memorize all the ins and outs of the product in order to be able to respond to clients with complex technical details. Trying to find up-to-date accurate information when it is scattered across Slack, Gmail, Drive, HubSpot, Confluence, and more is incredibly difficult.
