Infor Acquires Acumen and Albanero

The industry cloud provider Infor has successfully acquired Acumen, a highly specialised consulting firm focused on revenue growth management, and Albanero, a partner in data transfer and management.

With these purchases, Infor is better positioned to assist clients in converting the vast amounts of industry-specific data present in their surroundings into chances for increased value creation and lucrative expansion.

In order to successfully transition customers to a cloud environment and optimise the value of their products, data migration and management capabilities are crucial. The process of migrating data, structuring it, and ensuring data integrity within an organisation is a multifaceted undertaking. In order to provide Infor customers with access to Albanero's data transfer and management capabilities, the two companies have cooperated since 2022.

Acumen helps consumer-packaged goods (CPG) producers make better decisions by providing highly specialised consulting and analytics services. This helps them maximise the return on their promotional spend. Through this acquisition, Infor provides crucial last-mile Trade Promotion Management (TPM) capability to CPG industries. Integrating Acumen into Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage and CloudSuite Fashion will assist clients in creating a single source of truth for decision-making and increase the amount of sector-specific data available for the development of new technologies and capabilities.
