hBits Appoints Saumil Parekh as CMO

Leading fractional ownership platform hBits announced today that Saumil Parekh has been appointed as the company's new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

After leading Pharmeasy's Marketing, Growth, and Revenue vertical for more than seven years, Saumil joined hBits.

Saumil's goal at hBits is to solidify the company's standing as a reliable pioneer in the Proptech industry. Driving the company's growth and market presence, he will supervise marketing initiatives across all departments, including brand, growth, retention, and creative functions.

Saumil has over 12 years of expertise in the FMCG, IT, and e-commerce sectors. He has held important positions at prestigious businesses like Colgate and Infosys.

hBits is a platform for fractional ownership that aims to democratise commercial real estate by fusing technology and real estate. With a ticket size as low as INR 25 lacs, investors can use the platform to invest in high-yield, Grade-A commercial spaces. With its Grade A commercial assets, the platform hopes to provide an average rental yield of up to 10% and a projected internal rate of return of up to 18%.
