In a funding round supported by Matrix Partners India, an early-stage venture capital firm, GreyLabs AI has raised $1.5 million for its speech analytics platform for financial institutions.
Among others, the round also included the participation of Ofbusiness founder Vasant Sridhar, MoEngage founder Narasimha Reddy, Uni Cards founder Nitin Gupta, and Scapia founder Anil Goteti.

GreyLabs AI is committed to transforming the process by which banks, financial institutions, and fintechs extract actionable insights from unstructured data, with a particular emphasis on speech data generated in contact centers and email communications.
The platform allows enterprises to automate the call quality assurance and agent training process, thereby improving overall operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Furthermore, its technology is capable of accurately detecting cross-selling and lead-generation opportunities during interactions.
GreyLabs AI assists enterprises in the extraction of insights from their unstructured data, which includes email data and call recordings.
