A Rs 250 crore SaaS accelerator fund has been established by alternative investment platform GetVantage to assist business-to-business enterprises in growing without diluting their equity.
The fund is an expansion of their previous fund, which was established in 2022 and invested roughly Rs 65 crore.
“We look forward to supporting more high-potential home-grown SaaS companies with recurring-revenue financing designed to help them scale without diluting equity, ownership, or control,” said Karun Arya, chief growth officer, GetVantage.
GetVantage empowers entrepreneurs by providing the growth solutions they need to unlock radical potential; this includes equity-free capital, real-time insights, business optimisation tools, and resources through its extensive partner and mentor ecosystem.
Its data-driven platform empowers founders with access to non-dilutive growth capital ranging from US $10,000 to US $2.5 million.
Bhavik Vasa and Amit Srivastava founded the company in 2019 with the clear belief that fundraising should be simple and hassle-free for founders.
